Peoplesoft incorporate the concept of immediacy into its EPM product by pin pointing where there is a potential problem in the company and make changes. Businesses that would benefit from using PeopleSoft EMP are all enterprises that want more business data. A good example is phone companies. This focuses on more of a customer profitability analysis in the sales and Compass speeds up the process to about 4 and a half to 5 months so they did come in on time and on budget with the upgrades. Compass brought more value to the Human Resources department.
